As part of our effort in making wabu accessible, we never charge for shipping within Lebanon.

We deliver the Products to your doorstep. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping is available via Truck Delivery.

  • We will deliver to your front entrance. The package will not be carried inside your home.
  • Assembly service is not included.
  • The product will be left in the original packaging.

When we arrange for your order to be shipped with a truck delivery, we or the delivery agent will call you ahead of time for an appointment. In case you miss a pre-scheduled delivery, we may apply a re-delivery fee.

Arriving time of the order. Arriving time of the Products depends on many factors including product availability. We usually ship within five (5) business days

If you have any questions or concerns, we will be pleased to offer an estimate time of arrival for any ordered piece upon request. Kindly be aware however that these figures are estimates and not guarantees.

Please note that business days do not include weekends (Fridays and Saturdays).

Shipping cost for my area. After adding items to your shopping cart, you will (automatically) have the option to calculate the shipping cost in "My Cart". If you have questions about a specific item and shipping cost, feel free to email us on or call us at +961 71 521 218 for a personalized estimate.

Returns are subject to both outbound and inbound shipping fees. Even items that are sold with 'Free Shipping' or 'Free Delivery' are subject to curbside shipping fees if they are returned.

Order modification. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address or shipping method, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be modified.

To request a modification after you have submitted your order, please contact customer service with your transaction ID for quick resolution.

Important note. It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through hallways, doorways, or any such pretext. Wabu will not be held liable should your order not fit into your home or should damages occur due to improper measuring.

Damaged or Missing Products. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the Products. If you receive a damaged Product, Wabu will replace such Product or issue a refund (including shipping charges) at no cost to you. Your purchases may arrive in multiple shipments. Free store pickups. You can pick up your order whenever it's convenient for you instead of waiting at home for your package. To ensure smooth pick-up of your furniture, please review the following pick-up policies.

  • For orders placed online, you must bring your printed email confirmation and official identification upon pick-up
  • Merchandise that is picked-up require assembly.
  • Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the package to be picked up. We are not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. Damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on the merchandise.
  • For concealed damage on merchandise that was picked up, simply contact us within three (3) calendar days of receipt. When possible, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item. If picked up, you must return the items. Products returned must be unused and the same conditions they were in when picked up.

Standard return policy. If you're dissatisfied with your Wabu purchase for any reason, you can return it within five (5) business days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). We'll exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). Products that are returned must be in an unused and re-saleable condition.

Refunding timeline. Once an item is received in our warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your credit within five (5) business days. We are not liable for any additional delays in refund occurring for reasons beyond our control. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within three (3) business days.
